Policies

RV SITE MAXIMUM OCCUPANCIES:

RV site maximum occupancy is 6 people, including children and infants, 2 pets, 1 RV and 1 auto.

Cabin and tent rates are based upon double occupancy (2 persons) with a charge of $10 per night per each additional person over 2 persons.

Extra Auto and Trailer parking availability is limited and should be reserved. The fee is $10 per additional vehicle and/or additional trailer per night. Guests should contact office to check additional parking availability prior to making a reservation.

Motorcycles, bicycles, autos, trailers, and RVs must be parked on the assigned RV Site gravel pad.  Parking on the grass is not permitted.

 

RESERVATIONS/CANCELLATIONS

 

If a reservation is cancelled within 15 days of the check in date, there will be no refund.

For reservations cancelled within 45 days of the check in date, 50% will be refunded minus a $30 administration fee.

Cancellations with more than 45 days' notice will be fully refunded minus a $30 administration fee.

 

​For reservations of 30 days or more - a $500 deposit will be charged. If reservation is cancelled within 45 days of the check in date, there will be no refund. Cancellations with more than 45 days' notice will be charged a $200 handling fee and the remainder will be credited back to you.

Our season is very short and most people make reservations well in advance to visit us. We are in a remote area with very little “walk in” traffic. Because of this, once reservations are inside our cancellation policy, the fees will not be waived regardless of circumstance (for example: undesirable weather, travel/road conditions, illness, health-related issues, COVID-19, family emergency, etc.)

 

​CABIN MAXIMUM OCCUPANCIES:

 

​We are not permitted to exceed the following maximum occupancies:

 

​Cabin 1: 4 persons, 1 Auto

Cabin 2: 4 persons, 1 Auto

Cabin 3: 4 persons, 1 Auto

Bunkhouse: 7 persons, 1 Auto

 

ARRIVALS/DEPARTURES:

 

​Check in Time:  Check-in time is 3:00 PM. If you are going to arrive after 9pm, please let us know. 

Checkout time: 11 AM.

 

Late departures generally cannot be accommodated. If you need some additional time before departing, please check with our office. If we can accommodate your needs, a fee may be assessed.

Stay Extensions: Unscheduled extensions to your stay often require a site or cabin change and will be subject to availability.

 

​Quiet Hours: For the convenience of all our guests, we have established quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 6:00 am. No running of generators at any time.  

Restrooms and showers will be closed for cleaning daily -11:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

Site Maintenance: Keep your site neat and free of litter including cigarettes. There are garbage cans located near Cabin 2. Do not place mats on the grass in your site. We request you not leave chairs, games, bicycles, and other personal property on lawns that will impede lawn maintenance
For safety reasons, clothes lines are not allowed in this location. Do not hang towels, clothing, linens or other articles from trees or fences. A laundry facility with dryers is available for drying.

Grill Use: Protective mats - Please always use a protective mat under any grill/cooking appliance set on our commercial plastic picnic tables. Protective mats are available from our office for guests without their own.

Campfires - Fires are permitted only in the provided fire rings.  Firewood is for sale at the Lodge.

Pet Policy - Pets are welcome. To continue welcoming pets we enforce a pet policy. A responsible owner and well-behaved pet will find these to be basic requests.​

• Pets are limited to 2 per RV site, cabins or tent sites.

• Pets may not be kept in autos, trailers, kennels or fencing outside an RV or Cabin. They may not be tied outside cabins. Pets may be tied outside an RV as long as a guest accompanies them.

• Local Law requires pets to be on a short leash (6 feet or less) at all times.

• Quiet, well behaved pets only please.

• If your pet is excessively noisy, please do not leave them unattended. If your pet disturbs or threatens another guest or employee of the RV Park, the pet will be asked to leave.

 

WIFI - Complimentary WIFI access is provided. Wi-Fi speed is impacted by usage which is high between 5:00 PM and 12:00 PM. We do not guarantee Wi-Fi access at every site. Our main building is a Wi-Fi hotspot. Our system is designed to support email, messaging, and similar communication activities.

Guests should use caution when playing near or crossing any internal RV Park’s road.   

Camp Rendezvous at Swan Valley will not be responsible for fire, accidents, or loss of personal property/valuables of any kind. Guests accept lodging and site rental privileges with the understanding they are responsible for their safety and their children’s safety.
